History

Admiral Engineering & Surveying, Inc. was organized in November 2011 by the formation of a partnership between two local professionals, Charles S. Halsey, P.E., and Ronald L. Hedden, P.S. Mr. Halsey and Mr. Hedden have worked together as a surveyor-engineer team for the past twenty and have a combined 50 years of experience. The recent addition of Daniel O. Mutzner, P.E. to the firm has enhanced our qualifications by his bringing more than 35 years of a wide range of civil engineering experience.
